We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for identifying and connecting with exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the organization's culture and values.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms as needed, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to align on compensation packages and start dates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to improve hiring processes.
- Present regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes to management.
- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding efforts and attract top talent.
- Promote the company through social media, career fairs, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- English & Portuguese required
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
